My family member is buried at [cemetery name].  How do I go about getting a monument put on their gravesite?

Please contact your local parish office for forms.  Monument applications are currently in process of being standardized for easier processing.

I am trying to find a loved one's burial place.  How do I locate them? 

Please contact the Director of Cemeteries, Phil Wilson, with the following information:

• Name of the deceased

• Date of death

• Name of Catholic Cemetery if known (otherwise, city of residence)
